8. Ghostbusters
This comedy stars Bill Murray, Dan Aykroyd, and Harold Ramis. When a city is plagued by a problem the government doesn’t understand or have the ability to deal with, a team of college dropouts answer the call. Egon and his compatriots buy and old firehouse and with the help of Egon’s brilliant inventions they are soon able to hunt, capture, and store ghosts. Everything is going well, they are making money and they are ridding the city of nasty ghouls, until government regulators come and shut down their containment unit, unleashing all the (now pissed off) ghosts into the city. Ghostbusters explores how the free market can address public needs efficiently, until the government steps in the way. Their chief antagonist is an EPA official with a stick up his backside.
