10. Butters’ Bottom Bitch

Anything that has demand has value. When Butters pays for his first kiss, he soon realizes the potential to expand upon the operation. Soon he’s pimping girls on the playground, trading money for hugs and kisses. As the police try to crack down on prostitution by entrapping Johns (and going to extremes to do it), the pimps are unaffected. Butters, who treats his girls nice and lets them work when they want with who they want, gets a reputation on the street for being a good pimp. The lesson is clear, prostitution is better when it is run as business, above board, not underground. A classic episode.
